Troubleshooting
When something breaks, the console almost always says why. These articles walk through the checks we would ask you to do ourselves, in the order that finds the cause fastest.
If you get stuck halfway, send us what you found. The server name, the exact error and what changed just before it save a round of questions.

- Why can't I connect to my server?
Check four things in this order: the server is running, you used the address from the panel, your game runs the same version as the server, and you are allowed in by the whitelist.
- Why won't my server start?
Open the Console and read the last lines before it stopped; the error almost always names the cause.
Delivery: most servers are handed over instantly and run within seconds of payment, the rest follow within 60 minutes during the day and within 12 hours at night.
