1. Provider
Astroworld Hosting is a service provided by Stetrin B.V., registered in the Netherlands. By using our hosting services, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
Astroworld Hosting provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting with a Pterodactyl panel for Minecraft server management. Services include file management, console access, scheduled tasks, database management, and backups through the panel.
SSH access to the underlying server is not provided. All server management is done through the Pterodactyl panel.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Hosting is billed as a recurring subscription. Available billing periods are 1 month, 6 months, or 12 months. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Setup fees may apply depending on your plan and billing period. These are charged once at the time of purchase.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being billed for the next period, cancellation must be submitted at least 3 days before the next billing date.
Cancellations submitted less than 3 days before renewal will take effect the following billing period. The current period remains active until its end date.
5. Refund Policy
No refunds are provided. All hosting subscriptions are non-refundable. By purchasing a plan, you agree that no partial or full refunds will be issued.
6. Data Retention After Cancellation
After cancellation or non-renewal, your Minecraft server files (worlds, plugins, configurations) are retained for 7 days.
During this period, you can download your files through the panel. After 7 days, all server data is permanently deleted. Only Minecraft-related files are retained , system and server configuration files are not included.
7. Acceptable Use
Use of our hosting services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
8. Service Level
Service-specific terms, response times, and scope limits are described in our Service Level Agreement.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
