Terms of Service

1. Provider

Astroworld Hosting is a service provided by Astroworld MC, registered in the Netherlands. By using our hosting services, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Astroworld Hosting provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting with a Pterodactyl panel for Minecraft server management. Services include file management, console access, scheduled tasks, database management, and backups through the panel.

SSH access to the underlying server is not provided. All server management is done through the Pterodactyl panel.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Hosting is billed as a recurring subscription. Available billing periods are 1 month, 6 months, or 12 months. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Setup fees may apply depending on your plan and billing period. These are charged once at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being billed for the next period, cancellation must be submitted at least 3 days before the next billing date.

Cancellations submitted less than 3 days before renewal will take effect the following billing period. The current period remains active until its end date.

5. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided. All hosting subscriptions are non-refundable. By purchasing a plan, you agree that no partial or full refunds will be issued.

6. Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation or non-renewal, your Minecraft server files (worlds, plugins, configurations) are retained for 7 days.

During this period, you can download your files through the panel. After 7 days, all server data is permanently deleted. Only Minecraft-related files are retained , system and server configuration files are not included.

7. Acceptable Use

Use of our hosting services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

8. Service Level

Service-specific terms, response times, and scope limits are described in our Service Level Agreement.

9. AI Server Copilot

The AI Server Copilot is an optional Beta assistant that can, at your request, read your server's files and logs and prepare changes (installing vetted plugins, editing whitelisted settings, restarting). Every change is shown to you and applied only when you approve it, and you remain responsible for your server and its content. The Copilot acts within a fixed set of safe actions: it cannot run arbitrary commands, install software outside our vetted catalog, or change security, account, or billing settings.

The Copilot is metered on AI credits as shown at checkout. It is provided as-is without warranty; AI-generated suggestions may be imperfect, so review them before applying. See our Privacy Policy for how Copilot data is processed.

10. Referral Programme

Taking part is not automatic. Active customers can apply from their dashboard or server panel, and we read every application ourselves. We may refuse an application, and we may withdraw approval later; a link that is not approved sets nothing, tracks nothing and earns nothing. Once approved you get a personal referral link. When someone who has never hosted with us before orders through that link, they receive 20% off their first month, and the referring customer earns a percentage of that first payment. The percentage depends on how many referred customers have stayed past the clearing period: 20% up to EUR 20 per referral to start, 25% up to EUR 25 from three, 30% up to EUR 35 from ten, and 35% up to EUR 50 from twenty-five. A minimum of EUR 2 applies to every reward. A reward is never larger than what remains of the referred customer's first payment after the cost of running their server, so on the cheapest plans it may be lower than the percentage suggests. The rate that applies is the one in force when the referral is recorded; moving up a tier does not change rewards already earned. The reward is one-off: it is paid on the first payment only and never recurs.

A referral link is remembered for 30 days. Attribution is fixed at the moment of purchase. Rewards clear 14 days after the referred customer's first payment, so that a refund or chargeback within that window cancels the reward. Rewards are added to the referring customer's account as credit against their own invoices by default. From a balance of EUR 50 a cash payout may be requested; every payout is reviewed and approved manually, and we may ask for information needed to make the payment.

A referral does not count if the referred account belongs to the same person or household as the referrer, shares their payment method or billing details, already hosts with us, or was created to generate rewards. One reward exists per referred customer, ever. Clicks alone earn nothing. We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through misrepresentation, spam, paid search on our brand name, coupon or deal sites, or any other abuse, and we may end or change the programme with 30 days' notice. Rewards already cleared at that point remain payable.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
