Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy applies to all Astroworld Hosting services, including VPS hosting, Pterodactyl panel access, and any add-on services. All customers must comply with this policy at all times.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our hosting infrastructure:

• DDoS tools or booters , hosting, operating, or distributing DDoS attack tools
• Malware , hosting, distributing, or developing malicious software
• Illegal content , any content that violates Dutch or applicable law
• Cryptocurrency mining , using server resources for mining
• Excessive resource abuse , intentionally overloading shared infrastructure or circumventing resource limits
• Spam or phishing , using the server for unsolicited communications
• Reselling , reselling server access without written permission

Enforcement

Violations of this policy result in immediate suspension of your server. We will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.

Severe or repeated violations result in permanent termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.
