Questions about the price
How cheap can a Minecraft server sensibly be?
Our ladder starts at €7.00 a month for 4 GB, and across every edition at €4.61 for 2 GB. Below that a price does not get lower because somebody works more efficiently; it gets lower because something is missing: backups, real cores, or a server that keeps running at all when nobody is playing.
Does the price go up after the first term?
No. The amount you see when you order is the amount charged afterwards; there is no entry price that doubles later. The only thing that moves the price per month is the term you pick: €7.84 on a month to month basis against €7.00 on twenty-four months.
Why not just take a free server?
Because free hosting does not take away features, it takes away availability. The server sleeps as soon as the last player leaves, and waking it usually means a queue. For a group that plays together on the same evenings that is a fair choice; the moment somebody wants to log in alone it stops fitting.
Can I start small and grow later?
Yes, and that is the reason to start at the bottom. A step up keeps the world, the plugins and the address, so you lose nothing by taking the smallest size that is enough. The other way round, an order that is too big costs money every month for memory nobody uses.
What is included in the price at no extra cost?
Layer 3, 4 and 7 DDoS protection, our own panel with the AI Copilot in it, a backup every night, Crash Watch that restarts a fallen server within half a minute, and a free play address with no port for Java players. There is no support tier and no surcharge for modded hosting.
Are the prices including VAT?
Yes, the amounts on this page are final prices for consumers. If you order as a business you can enter a VAT number at checkout and the invoice is issued accordingly.
