Your account is the key to every server you run with us, to your invoices and to the people you gave access. That is why the steps below never go through a support agent: nobody here will ever ask you for a password or a login code, and none of these articles needs one from you.

- How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page, choose "Forgot your password?" and enter the email address you signed up with.
- How do I turn on two-factor authentication?
Open Account in your dashboard, press "Set up 2FA" under Two-Factor Authentication, scan the QR code with an authenticator app and type the code it shows.
- How do I change the email address on my account?
Open Account in your dashboard, type the new address under Email Address and press "Update Email".
Delivery: most servers are handed over instantly and run within seconds of payment, the rest follow within 60 minutes during the day and within 12 hours at night.
