Security
The safest server is one where every person has their own login and only the rights they need. The panel lets you invite people by email and pick per right what they may touch.
Two things always stay with you as the owner: managing staff and anything to do with billing. Nobody you invite can widen their own rights.

Open the Staff tab in your panel, press "Invite someone", type their email address, pick a role or tick the rights they may have and press "Send invite".

Open Console in your server panel and scroll to Chat history under the command line.

Open Players in your server panel, find the player, open the menu next to the name and choose Ban player.
Least access, and a record of it
Give each helper only the rights their job needs: a moderator does not need the files, a builder does not need to delete folders. The Activity tab records every action with a name next to it, so if something goes wrong you know who to ask rather than guessing.
When someone stops helping, remove them from the Staff tab the same day. It costs one click and closes the door completely.
