Crossplay is on its way. Within 15 minutes we add the Bedrock port, Geyser and Floodgate. Geyser starts with the next restart; we do that ourselves as soon as nobody is playing, or restart it yourself. The Bedrock address then shows on your overview. | The payment went through and the setup is queued. Nothing else to do except the restart. |
The payment for crossplay did not go through, so nothing changed. Check your payment method under Billing and try again. | Your card or payment method was declined. Your plan and server stayed as they were. |
What crossplay adds
Geyser translates between Bedrock and Java, so Bedrock players join the same world as Java players. Floodgate lets Bedrock players in without a Java account. Bedrock players connect on their own port, which is part of the Bedrock address.
Your world, plugins and settings stay as they are. We keep Geyser up to date for you.
What it costs
€2.00 extra per month on top of your plan. For the current period you pay only the days that are left. Your plan name gets Crossplay added, for example Starter becomes Starter Crossplay.
When you do not see the Crossplay card
The card shows only to the owner of the server, on a Paper or Purpur server, on a Minecraft version Geyser supports, and when crossplay is not on yet. Geyser is a plugin, so a Fabric, Forge or vanilla server first needs Paper or Purpur under Settings, Server software.
A Bedrock server and a server that already has crossplay do not show the card. For anything else, open a support case and we set crossplay up for you.
