Billing
Invoices, payment methods, cancelling and business details. All of it starts on the Billing and Account pages of your dashboard, and the answers below show where each button is.
If the Billing page tells you that payments for your account are handled by us, you do not have a self service portal. That happens with accounts we set up by hand. Send the change by email and we arrange it the same day.

How billing fits together
Each server is its own subscription. It renews at the end of the term you picked (after a first term of 6, 12 or 24 months it continues month to month), and every renewal creates an invoice you can download from the Billing page. Business details such as a company name and VAT number are stored on your account and printed on every invoice made after you add them.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; the server keeps running until the paid period ends. If a payment fails, the server is suspended rather than removed, and paying the open invoice brings it back with the world as it was.
Delivery: most servers are handed over instantly and run within seconds of payment, the rest follow within 60 minutes during the day and within 12 hours at night.
