The pack has 279 mods, 24 of them for players only. Create, Mekanism, Applied Energistics 2, Immersive Engineering, PneumaticCraft and Integrated Dynamics carry the technology side; Ars Nouveau, Botania and Forbidden and Arcanus the magic. The Twilight Forest, the Aether, the Undergarden and Ad Astra add worlds to visit.

Much of the charm is in the details: Quark and Supplementaries for building, Farmer's Delight for food, Alex's Mobs for wildlife, and the team's own Valhelsia Structures scattered over the landscape. Open Parties and Claims keeps land safe on a server.

How Much RAM a Valhelsia 6 Server Needs

Valhelsia sits in the middle: bigger than a light adventure pack, smaller than the kitchen sinks, and without a quest line pushing every player toward the same heavy machines at the same time.

Because the pack invites exploring, new chunks are a steady source of work. Chunky is included, and running it around spawn before opening the server smooths out the first weeks.

A Pack Without a Quest Book

Valhelsia 6 leaves the order of things to you. With no quest book pushing everyone through the same chapters, each player on a server tends to follow their own interest: one builds a Create factory, another explores the Twilight Forest, a third furnishes a house. That variety is the point of the pack.

For the server it means the load is spread out rather than piled onto one mod. It also means players spread out across the map, which is why pregenerating pays off here more than in a quest driven tech pack. Setting Up Valhelsia 6 on Our Panel

1. Back up what is there now

   If the server already holds a world, make a backup on the Backups tab. The installer moves an old mods folder aside under a dated name instead of deleting it. A server on Paper or vanilla goes to Forge on the Settings tab first, because the Mods tab only shows on a server with a mod loader.

2. Search for Valhelsia 6 on the Mods tab

   Type the name and pick the Valhelsia 6 entry from CurseForge.

3. Choose version 6.2.3, or the one your group runs

   Take the exact version your players installed. Two releases can differ by a few mods, and a player whose list does not match the server's is turned away at the door.

4. Install it in one go

   The machine fetches the pack itself and switches the server to Forge 47.4.0 for Minecraft 1.20.1 on Java 17. The server pack the makers put out carries the configs, so the server starts with the same settings your players have.

5. Start it and wait for Done

   The first start loads 255 mods and builds the spawn area, which takes a few minutes. When the console prints Done, players join with the address from the panel.
