Most people who rent a Minecraft server already know what they want on it: a handful of plugins, one modpack, the world they built last year. So when you order, you can tell us. We install it for free within 24 hours, and your server is delivered at the usual time while we do.
What we set up for free
Everything in this list is included with every plan when you ask for it in the checkout. There is no extra line on your invoice for it.

Under Your server, below the software and version, is the field Any specific requirements? with a Free badge next to it. Write what you want in up to 500 characters: which plugins, which pack, a link to your world, the settings.

Your request does not hold the server back. Most servers are ready within seconds of payment, and you can log in to the panel straight away.
We carry out your request within 24 hours
Our team works through it within 24 hours of your order. The team answers every day from 07:45 to 23:00 Amsterdam time, so a request sent at night is picked up the next morning.
Delivered at the usual time, set up within 24 hours
The setup never stands between you and your server. The order goes through the same route as every other one, so the server is usually ready within seconds of payment and you can log in to the panel, look at the console and invite your friends. Your request is carried out on that same server within 24 hours.
Our team answers every day, Monday to Sunday, from 07:45 to 23:00 Amsterdam time. A request that comes in at three in the morning is picked up when we start again, and it still falls inside the 24 hours.
What stays a paid service
Installing is free. Setting things up in depth, or building something new, is work we price separately, the same as on our services page. If your request asks for one of these, we agree the price with you before we start, and nothing is charged without that.

A few ground rules
- 500 characters: enough for a list of plugins, a pack and a few settings.
- No swear words: the field refuses them, so the request reaches us as something we can act on.
- Publicly available downloads: we fetch plugins, mods and packs from their public sources. A premium plugin you bought, you upload yourself.
- One request with the order: after that, installing is one click in your panel, and support is there for anything else.
Questions about the free Minecraft server setup
Is the Minecraft server setup really free?
Yes, for what you ask for when you order: installing plugins, mods or a modpack, placing your own world and setting the server settings. It costs nothing on top of your plan. Configuring plugins in depth and our full Server Setup Service are paid services, and if your request asks for one of those, we agree the price with you before we start.
Does asking for a setup delay my server?
No. Your server is delivered at the usual time, in most cases within seconds of payment, and you can use the panel straight away. The setup happens on the server you already have, within 24 hours.
How long can my request be?
Up to 500 characters, which is enough for a list of plugins, a pack and a few settings. Swear words are refused by the field, so write it the way you would to a person.
What if I forget to fill it in?
Then you can still do it yourself in a minute. The panel installs plugins from a catalogue of 510 vetted ones and whole modpacks in one click, and the guides below walk through both. The free setup itself is the request you send with your order.
Can you install a premium plugin I bought?
We install what is publicly available to download. A premium plugin can only be downloaded by the person who bought it, so upload the file to your server in the Files tab and we can take it from there.
Can you also configure my plugins?
That is Plugin Configuration, from €15 per plugin, or the Server Setup Service from €25 for up to ten plugins installed and configured. Installing them is free when you order; setting them up in depth is the paid part.
