  • Support with a running server: sign in and open a case on the support page, or ask the support bot there first.
  • Not sure which plan fits: the plan finder asks a few questions and picks one, and the plans page lists every size.
  • Building your own server: the configurator lets you set RAM, cores, storage and location before you pay.

Support hours

Our support team answers every day, Monday to Sunday, from 07:45 to 23:00 Amsterdam time (CET/CEST). A message sent outside those hours is picked up when we start again at 07:45. The support bot answers at any hour.

Delivery: most servers are handed over instantly and run within seconds of payment, the rest follow within 60 minutes during the day and within 12 hours at night.
