Same panel, so look at what is under it
This is the one comparison on the site where the panel is a wash: both sides are Pterodactyl, so the file manager, the console, the schedules and the allocations all work the way you already know. That takes the biggest variable off the table and leaves the two that are easy to overlook. The first is which tier the NVMe is on, because a budget tier on slower storage and a premium tier on NVMe are not the same product under one brand; here it is NVMe on all Mini and up, with no cheaper version underneath. The second is arithmetic: their budget tier is $1.00 a gigabyte, so the 4 GB we put in Mini would be $4.00 a month at that rate, against €6.99 here with 2 vCPU named on it. The third is where the machine is: they list two continents, and ping is the one thing no plan upgrade fixes.
The memory guide has those rows in full.
Questions people ask before switching
Is the panel really the same?
Yes, Pterodactyl on both sides. Anything you learn about the panel on one host transfers to the other, which is one of the nicer things about it being open source.
Is NVMe on all your plans?
Yes. It is not a premium tier here, it is what the storage is on every plan, and it is the difference you feel when a player rides into unexplored chunks.
Where can my server be?
In any of the 27 locations we offer, picked at checkout and never afterwards in a ticket. Most carry a small monthly surcharge on top of the plan price, our German region carries none at all, and the order page shows the figure for the one you pick before you pay a cent.
Summary
Two hosts on the same panel is a fair fight, and at the small end their budget tier wins on price. What we sell instead is a plan where the cores, the memory and the NVMe are all named and none of them are the premium version of a cheaper thing. If your players are outside the US and the EU, that decides it before any of the rest does.
