NVMe is the quicker disk, and it is the standard under every plan. Your world loads faster and the server does not stall when it saves. SSD is slower, but you get more room for the same money. Take that one if you hang on to old worlds and a pile of backups.
This line is NVMe only, so there is no SSD to choose here. What the standard line offers instead is named just below.

On the standard line in Germany (EU) the 40 GB NVMe, 80 GB NVMe is not available and a plan there runs on 80 GB SSD, 200 GB SSD instead. On this line it is in the choice above.
