What Every Plan Includes

Pterodactyl Panel

Manage your Minecraft server through the open-source Pterodactyl panel. Access the file manager, live console, task scheduler, backup management, and sub-user system from any browser. No SSH or command-line knowledge required. You get full control over your server environment without the complexity of traditional server management.

DDoS Protection

Every Astroworld server includes Layer 3/4/7 DDoS mitigation at no extra cost. Attacks are filtered before they reach your server, keeping your players online. No add-on purchase, no separate service, protection is active from the moment your server goes live.

NVMe SSD Storage

Our plans run on enterprise NVMe solid-state drives as the standard. NVMe is significantly faster than traditional SATA SSDs, resulting in quicker world loading, faster chunk generation, and reduced lag during intensive operations like WorldEdit pastes or large TNT explosions.

Multiple Locations

Choose the server location closest to your players. Currently available regions include EU (Germany), US (West, Central, East), United Kingdom, Asia (Japan, India, Singapore), and Australia (Sydney). Select your region during checkout, no migration needed later.

Ticket & Email Support

Reach the team by support ticket or by email at any hour. Whether it is a configuration issue, plugin conflict, or a general question about your server, you are talking to people who run Minecraft servers themselves. We do not publish a response time for general questions; the only response times we commit to are on Managed Hosting, from 24 hours down to 12, set out in the SLA.

Mod & Plugin Support

Run any Minecraft server software: Paper, Spigot, Purpur, Forge, Fabric, Velocity, BungeeCord, and more. Install modpacks and plugins directly through the panel file manager. All server types are supported on every plan.

A Backup a Week By Hand, Daily If You Pay

Nothing runs on a schedule unless you pay for it. You press Create Backup in the Pterodactyl panel, and the panel opens that button again seven days later, so your safety copy is only ever as recent as your last press. A backup covers your world files, plugin configurations and server settings, and restoring one is a single click at any moment. Auto Backup, €1.89 a month, hands the pressing over to a daily schedule.

Delivery Within 18 Hours

Most Minecraft servers are delivered within 18 hours after payment. In rare cases, manual provisioning or capacity checks can take longer. We email your Astroworld panel access as soon as the server is ready.

Fifteen sections, and no SSH anywhere

Your server opens on a panel of our own build that talks to Pterodactyl, and as the owner you get fifteen sections. Nothing in that list asks you to open a terminal, and Plugins only appears on the server types where plugins are a thing at all.

What you can hand out, and what you cannot

Schedules end up as cron on the node, but the form asks for a plain recurrence instead, every night at four or every Sunday, and writes the cron itself. Restoring a backup is the one place where we are blunt: the server has to be stopped, and everything on it is replaced by that backup. The panel says so before it starts, because a restore puts files back, it does not merge them.

Adding someone to your server is not handing over the key. There are 14 separate rights, each one a switch you hand out on its own:

  • Console See live output and send commands.
  • Power Start, stop and restart the server.
  • Files Browse, edit and upload files.
  • Delete files Delete files and folders.
  • Plugins Install and remove plugins.
  • Mods Install and remove compatible server mods.
  • Settings Change server settings and startup variables.
  • World Reset the world. Destructive, grant with care.
  • Backups Create, download and restore backups.
  • Schedules Manage automated tasks.
  • Databases Create databases and see their passwords.
  • Players Manage operators, whitelist and bans.
  • Activity See the history of what happened.
  • Copilot Use the AI Copilot (spends the server's credits).

Two things can never be given away: managing staff, and anything to do with billing. For people who think in jobs rather than checkboxes there are 4 ready made roles:

  • Co-admin Everything except managing staff.
  • Moderator Console, players and activity, day-to-day moderation.
  • Builder Console and files, plus backups so they can save their work.
  • Viewer Look, don't touch.

What a region costs, before you order

There are 9 regions and you pick yours at checkout. What a region costs is what the location costs us, so the EU carries no surcharge at all and the far ones carry the most. The amount below is per month, it rides along with the plan rate and not with the term, and you see it in the configurator before you order rather than on the invoice afterwards.

The disk is NVMe on the cheapest plan as well, not just on the expensive ones, and it can be doubled while you configure. What the second half costs depends on the plan, and it is a flat monthly amount:

  • Starter 75 GB NVMe to 150 GB NVMe for €2.99 a month

DDoS filtering runs on layer 3, 4 and 7 and is on from the first minute on every plan. There is no protection add-on to buy, because a Minecraft server that only survives an attack when you paid extra is not a Minecraft server that survives an attack.
