Minecraft server hosting plans

Every plan we sell, on one page, with the figures read from the same list the order form charges from. 7 sizes on the standard line and 7 on the Performance line, from €10.00 a month. Follow a name for the page of that plan, or take it straight to the order form.

The standard line

These are the sizes that have always been here, and they run in every location we sell. Memory is the figure that decides how much world and how many plugins fit at once; the vCPU column is what runs the tick, the processor column is the chip those cores sit on, and the storage column is how much of a world, its backups and its logs you can keep on the machine. That column reads SSD here and NVMe on the line below.

Prices are per month on a twenty four month term, the lowest of the four. Follow a name for the price on shorter terms.

The Performance line

The same sizes on faster machines, for a server where the tick time is the problem rather than the memory. A server that sits at twenty ticks a second with half its memory free does not get faster from more memory; it gets faster from a machine that finishes each tick sooner.

Read the vCPU column here next to the one above and you will see a smaller number on most rows. That is the point of this line rather than an oversight. A tick runs on one core and finishes when that core finishes, so a server that is late on its tick gains nothing from a ninth slow core and everything from a faster first one. These machines carry fewer cores of a quicker kind, and the row you are looking at costs the same per month as the row with the same memory above it.

Same reading as above. Each of these has a page of its own with what it does differently.

What TPS and MSPT actually measure

Reading these two tables

Memory first, because it is the wall you hit hardest: run out of it and the server stops rather than slows. Then the vCPU column, because that is what has to finish twenty ticks a second, and a plugin-heavy server runs out of tick before it runs out of memory. Storage matters last for most people, and first for anyone keeping a large world with a long backup history.

Every plan on both lines includes the panel, the backups, the DDoS filtering and the same support, so nothing on this page is a cut-down version of anything else. The differences are the four columns and nothing behind them.

Questions about the plans

Which plan should I take?

Count the people who will be on at the same time on a busy evening, not the people in your Discord. Up to about ten of them with a handful of plugins fits the smallest sizes; twenty with a modpack wants Dedicated territory. Memory decides how much world and how many plugins fit at once, and it is the one thing you cannot borrow from somewhere else while people are online.

What is the difference between the two lines on this page?

The standard line is the one that has always been here and it runs everywhere we have a location. The Performance line is the same sizes on faster machines, for servers where the tick time is the problem rather than the memory. If your server is slow while memory is half empty, that is the line that helps.

Can I move to another plan later?

Yes, in both directions, and the world, plugins and settings come with it. Your server address does not change, so you never have to tell your players anything. Moving up takes a restart and nothing else.

Why is the price on this page lower than the one I saw?

Because every figure here is the price on a twenty four month term, which is the lowest one, and the order form opens on the term you pick. The cheapest plan on this page is €10.00 a month on that term. The page of each plan lists what the same plan costs on one, six, twelve and twenty four months.

How many plans are there?

14: 7 on the standard line and 7 on the Performance line. Each one has its own page here with the specification, the price per term and what it comfortably runs.

Delivery: most servers are handed over instantly and run within seconds of payment, the rest follow within 60 minutes during the day and within 12 hours at night.
