Is Starter the right size for you?

Starter gives you 8 GB of memory, 4 vCPU and 75 GB NVMe. What that carries:

• A medium modpack of one to two hundred mods, All the Mods Lite or Better MC, for a group of friends.
• A plugin server with twenty to thirty players where the world keeps growing: 8 GB is where Paper stops fighting for memory.

What it will not carry:

• The heaviest packs at full render distance with more than ten players at once; those want twelve gigabytes and eat processor as well as memory.
• Several worlds at once with a lobby in front of them. That is a network, and a network starts at Premium.

Standard adds €6.00 per month for 12 GB, 6 vCPU and 100 GB, which is the step people take once a heavy pack starts stuttering during world generation.

Seventy-five gigabytes carries a modpack, its world and a stack of daily backups. A modpack world grows faster than a vanilla one, because chunks store more per block.
